This page explains what information andmconsulting.com handles when you visit, book a consultation, email us, or use the "Ask ANDM" assistant.
In short
- This is a static website. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
- Booking a consultation is handled by Calendly.
- We may keep what you type into the assistant. Do not share anything in the chat that you would not want us to have.

Visiting the site
The site is served through Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront). Like most web hosts, AWS may keep standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and operational purposes.
Some page assets load from third parties: Tailwind CSS (cdn.tailwindcss.com) and Google Fonts on every page, and Calendly (assets.calendly.com) on the contact page and on any page where you open the assistant. Those services receive your IP address when your browser fetches the asset.
Booking a consultation
The scheduling calendar on our contact page, and the "Pick a time" button in the assistant, are provided by Calendly. Anything you enter there, such as your name, email address and notes, is collected by Calendly and shared with us so we can hold the meeting. We use it to prepare for and follow up on the consultation.
The "Ask ANDM" assistant
The floating "Ask ANDM" button opens a small assistant. It is being introduced in stages.
- Today it offers two actions: book a consultation through Calendly, or email us. Opening it loads Calendly's booking script so the calendar is ready, which means Calendly receives your IP address at that point. Nothing you do in the panel is sent to us until you book or email.
- When live chat is switched on, the messages you type, the name of the page you are on, and a random conversation identifier are sent to our assistant service to generate a reply. The identifier ties the messages of one browsing session together. It is not linked to your name or email address.
- The assistant is an AI system. It can make mistakes, so please confirm anything important with us directly.
- We may retain your conversations, including the messages you type and the assistant's replies, together with request metadata such as the time, the page, the conversation identifier and response times. We use them to review and improve the assistant's answers, to follow up on enquiries, and to prevent abuse.
- Your conversation is also held in your own browser's session storage so it survives moving between pages. Your browser discards that copy when you close the tab, but that does not remove anything we have retained.
- Treat the chat as a conversation with us, not a private space. Do not share confidential business information, commercially sensitive details, credentials, or personal data about yourself or anyone else that you would not want us to have access to.
Email
If you email contact@andmconsulting.com, we use your message and contact details to reply and, where relevant, to follow up on a potential engagement. We do not add you to mailing lists.
Your choices
You can use the site without the assistant or the calendar. Only ask the assistant questions you are comfortable with us retaining. For anything you would rather not have retained, book a consultation and talk it through with us directly.

We will update this page when our practices change and note the date at the top.
